What is KnowDays?
KnowDays is a mobile app that provides daily fortune analysis, birth chart readings (Bazi), I Ching divination, Qi Men Dun Jia casting, dream interpretation, and auspicious date selection — all powered by traditional Chinese metaphysical algorithms enhanced with AI-generated explanations.
Is the content accurate? Can I rely on it for important decisions?
All fortune analysis and divination results are intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are based on traditional metaphysical formulas and AI-generated interpretations. KnowDays does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Your destiny is ultimately in your own hands.
What languages does the app support?
KnowDays supports four languages: English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Japanese (日本語), and Bahasa Indonesia. You can switch languages at any time in the app settings.
Why does the app ask for my birth time and location?
Your birth date and time are used to calculate your Bazi (Eight Characters) natal chart — the foundation of personalized fortune analysis. Your birth city is used to compute true solar time, an astronomical correction that significantly improves accuracy for users outside UTC+8. This information is entirely optional; without it, you'll receive general (non-personalized) fortune content.
How do I purchase premium features?
Premium features (such as AI-powered analysis and monthly/annual fortune reports) are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). All transactions are securely processed by Apple or Google — we never handle your payment card details directly.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased from:
- Apple App Store: Visit Apple's refund page.
- Google Play: Visit Google Play's refund page.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing reversefate@163.com. We will process your request within 30 days and permanently remove all personal data associated with your account.
Does the app use AI? What happens to my data?
Yes, KnowDays uses AI (large language models) to generate interpretive text for divination results and dream analysis. Only your divination results (not your personal profile or identity) are sent to our AI service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
